Pick the sprayer by the job, the vehicle, and the pressure at the gun.

This version shows what customers actually care about: will it fit, is it too heavy, and will it still spray correctly after 300 feet of hose has done its little pressure-thieving routine.

1. What is the customer trying to do?

Start from the market. The configurator then preloads sane defaults for flow, pressure, hose, gun, and mounting type.

Mounting controls vehicle presets and sprayer fit rules.

2. Vehicle or trailer fit

Use a practical preset first, then override payload or dimensions if the customer has the real sticker and measurements.

3. Sprayer platform

Cards show loaded weight, footprint, payload fit, and space fit. Bad choices stay visible because apparently saying “no” without showing why causes drama.

4. Pump and engine package

Choose the pump by the work. The panel keeps both pump capability and required gun output visible.
